an exercise from the book “Amongst Ourselves” by Tracy Alderman and Karen Marshall.
it’s a self-help book for those with DID. it also has a section at the back with separate chapters for therapists, partners and families.
reading these exercises *does not* compare to reading and owning the entire book. there is much more content aside from these exercises and not all exercises will be posted here.
